These changes already went into effect on Monday, January 1, 2018. For instance, the 2016 as well as the 2015 certifications towards the Certified Software Advisor / Online Services Advisor incentives as well as eligibility criterion no longer count. Also you should know that many of your certifications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 4.0, 2013, 2015, 2016 both On premise and Online will need to be updated to Dynamics 365 CRM certifications by recertifying on the new exams. So now you may find out a listing of what are the retiring Dynamics CRM exams here in this blog post!
